These single operator foldable, pallet based containers increase transport capacity,
product integrity and give good access on assembly lines. They also improve hygiene and
working conditions, are fully recyclable and all components are individually replaceable.
The Folding Large Containers (FLCs) stack six high in a 2 metre stack when folded, have 4 way entry pallet bases and a
constant low tare weight, (62Kg or 57Kg dependant on size). The optional overlapping lid
makes the FLC secure and weather-proof.

IBC Intermediate Bulk Containers - Collapsible Boxes
- Collpasible mechanism for the sides: Each side wall of the collapsible box can be completely folded down by a simple to operate hinging mechanism. For ease of loading, a flap can be opened in each side wall if required.
- Safety interlock for the sides: A specially developed hinge system with a safety locking mechanism ensures that the collapsible box can withstand high loadings when erected.
- Space saving: Since all the sides can be folded ddown, a space saving of 70% is possible when transporting empty. For instance,: 7 collapsed containers have the same height as 3 stacked boxes (erected).
- High load bearing capacity: Thanks to the stable sides, a stacking load of more than 4 tonnes is possible when stacked.
- Compatibility: These collapsible boxes are compatible with current container systems and meets the requirements of GALIA and ODETTE.
