| Cyclopak™ is the fully collapsible multi-trip IBC from

| Developed and designed in conjunction with a major automotive manufacturer to meet the requirements of any handling, storage and supply chain across any industry or production line. |
| Cyclopak™ is made of all lightweight plastic materials (total weight only 22Kg), yet designed to provide maximum load and stacking strength whilst giving full protection from the elements, thus having a substantial advantage over traditionally more expensive fibreboard or cardboard sleeves. |
| Cyclopak™ is fully collapsible down to a height of 240mm and the height of the erected sleeve can be made to measure to best suit customer requirements, thus enabling maximum usage of space. |
| Cyclopak™ comprises of a collapsible sleeve and a vacuum formed lid and vacuum formed 4-way entry pallet base. |
| Cyclopak™ lid & base is 1247x1047mm (O/D) & 1205x1005mm (I/D), thereby accommodating five 600x400 plastic boxes to give the standard Euro footprint of 1200x1000mm and with erected sleeve, the internal dimensions are 1185x970mm. |
| Cyclopak™ is available with either single drop front gate, or drop front and rear gate, or with solid sides. |
| Cyclopak™ can be printed and/or supplied with label holders to customer's specification. |
| Cyclopak™ is easily assembled and collapsed by a single operator, thus offering labour efficiency. |
| Cyclopak™ is fully recyclable in its standard form. |
| Cyclopak™ is suitable for various dunnage and internal fittings, which can be designed and supplied by our own design and production unit. |
