Our focused investigations typically identify opportunities to reduce handling and increase payloads and protection. We use this data to design systems which reduce labour and work in progress, resulting in increased throughput and quality.

The materials we work with are predominantly plastics, but in many different forms such as injection mouldings, vacformed product, expanded closed cell foams and our core material: Twin Wall Polypropylene (TWPP).

TWPP is a plastic sheet extrusion which is light, strong and durable, yet easily fabricated into custom shapes to provide dedicated storage/handling solutions and protective packaging.
